TheOliva Serie V Maduro Especial is a superb torpedo, great for enjoying at the end of the day, or for a special occasion. At first sight, the wrapper is chocolate in tone. After lighting your cigar, there are hints of coffee, cedar, and spices. Towards the middle of the cigar, a hint of chocolate makes its way to your pallet. The draw is extremely smooth. This cigar, when taken care of in a humidor, has a solid build and burns evenly throughout the entire smoke. The burn left an even, white ash, and required very few “touchups”.
